AMENDMENT I SECTION I Every week, after a submission of success or failure a report must be submitted, along with a list of amendments to the contract. |

*Revision of Contract* The following policies will go into effect immediately: ARTICLE I SECTION I Every morning, the awaken time must be set two hours before any public event. SECTION II If there is no public event on the weekdays, the awaken time must be set at 6 am. SECTION III If there is no public event on the weekends, the awaken time must be set at 8 am. ARTICLE II SECTION I When awakened, a selfie must be sent to the referee, immediately, to verify the truth. SECTION II There is a grace period of ten minutes, for the picture to send. If the picture is received outside of the ten minutes, the goal will have failed. ARTICLE III SECTION I Alarms should be scheduled for fifteen minutes before the actual awakening time to ensure success. SECTION II The phone alarm must stay on its charger until the workout begins. ARTICLE IV SECTION I In the case of lodging outside of the residence, this goal is voided. - JWH |

| This goal was not met this past week. There must be an update in the contract of what constitutes an awakening and if there is a photo or text that must be sent to the referee. In the meantime, the phone will and must stay on the desk and not be moved to the bed. If this week end up a failure as well, further devices will be added to the arsenal. | |
