AMENDMENT I
SECTION I
Every week, after a submission of success or failure a report must be submitted, along with a list of amendments to the contract.

*Revision of Contract*

The following policies will go into effect immediately:

ARTICLE I
SECTION I
Every night, the curfew is set at 10 PM.

ARTICLE II
SECTION I
While in bed, a selfie must be sent to the referee, immediately, to verify the truth.
SECTION II
There is a grace period of three minutes (10:00-10:03), for the picture to send. If the picture is received outside of the three minutes, the goal will have failed.

ARTICLE III
SECTION I
There can be very little activity for the first thirty minutes of curfew. The only activities that are permitted are activities related to productivity. No recreational activities are allowed. Any recreational activities that occur risk failure of the goal.
SECTION II
There can be no activities whatsoever outside of the thirty minutes. Any activities that persist will result in the failure of this goal.

ARTICLE IV
SECTION I
In the case of lodging outside of the residence, this goal is voided.

THE EMERGENCY CLAUSE
SECTION I
An emergency is defined as an uncontrollable event that hinders the ability for the curfew to be enforced.
SECTION II
If the nightly routine cannot be started due to an emergency, curfew and the nightly routine must be pushed back an hour. Curfew and the nightly routine will keep being pushed an hour back if the outside event continues to hinder enforcement.
SECTION III
When the curfew is set, it must be followed.
SECTION IV
A photo is still required to be sent to the referee and the three minute grace period still stands.
SECTION V
The productivity activities must occur within the first 15 minutes of curfew, after 15 minutes, all activities must end.

The emergency clause was enacted several times during the week. For the update, a recommendation be that the emergency clause have a guideline for the processes that must occur for the clause to be carried out as easily as possible. There should also be an agreement to send photos every night to the referee and that the grace sending period ends at 10:05. - JWH
