| Had a weird eating day today. Didn’t eat breakfast, just drank some tea bc I wasn’t really hungry. Then I had a protein shake during com free. Lunch I wasn’t hungry so I ate a small salad. Before wapo I ate an apple and 1/3 of a protein shake. For dinner I ate some soup and broccoli and egg, which was actually really filling but I ended up binging a little during study hall. I think calorically I am on track, even with the binge bc of exercising and I didn’t eat that much today but it was scary and sad bc I felt like I had been in control the whole day. I also almost let myself eat junk after study hall for dorm snack but I’m glad I didn’t. | |

| Feeling really good! Had another binge urge after lunch and dinner...but I didn’t give in! I drank some tea instead and finished a protein shake after lunch. I tried to eat a lot of protein today, 3 broiled egg whites total, lots of beans, and tofu at dinner. I am also really proud of myself because I didn’t eat dessert. | |

| Had binge urge after dinner today- didn’t give in!!! Ate pretty well today, underate in the morning though. Also I had a small cookie after study hall for Brees birthday. Overall, good day! | |
