Day 3 - I woke up around 10 AM with so low energy. It was as if the gravity force just wants me to stay on bed and sleep. But lucky enough, I had the will power to actually do the stuff that I needed to do such as cleaning the room, meditating, cold shower, study, read a book, and writing on my journal. Then I went lazy afterwards, I played games for hours until my girlfriend came home from her Uni. We then slept together for at least 4 hours and ended up waking so late at night.

Sorry for not posting like I said down below. I've been really busy lately and enjoying life as it is now. Though at the moment, I've been depressed due to losing the job that I really wanted and only because it was low paying job so I decided to stay with my current one.

Anyways, enough of that. I'll be going through the days now.

Day 2 - I woke up around 5 this time with my alarm clock and I had so much energy already. It has been 2 days only. Though, I kind of failed with my challenge of not having sex. Unfortunately I came straight in the morning.

But it was very interesting to see how I had so much energy still.

I had a new job today, it's like a restaurant thing and we work in the kitchen. I managed to learn all of them as if I already knew what the procedure were. I don't know if the NoFap made me smarter or just from reading books and meditation. But man, my focus was on point I must say.

After that, my co-workers went out for dinner and went to KFC. We had men to men talk to one another and talking about relationships and stuff. It was very interesting that I managed to make them laugh and their attentions were on me, it was as if they were trying to impress me. I was also listening very carefully as to what they say and just being in that present moment.

Day 1 - Today was really tough. I had work from 11PM to 7AM, after my shift I had to pick up my girlfriend from the party she went straight after my work. I was very exhausted, no energy whatsoever. I almost fall asleep while driving for hours. We got home at 9AM and I went straight to bed.

Me and my girlfriend had a fight, and still fighting now. This was because I was jealous the fact that she went home pretty late and actually slept over at some stranger's house full of guys. Now I trust her, but in that situation any guys would get jealous over that.

So the emotions that I had today was pretty insane. I was overly jealous, didn't have motivation and just wanted to sleep all day.

After the dramas, all I did was play League of Legends and watched some Youtube. Pathetic right? Well this is going to change in a few days.
