I commit to working out 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes - yoga, walking, HIIT, cardio, weightlifting etc - as long as it is continuous for 30 minutes.

This has not gone as well as I had hoped - going to re-try the same goal after this one ends and going for 90-95% success rate

Although I was generally active this week (lots of walking on and off during the day and sometimes evening) I only managed 2 out of 3 workouts. I have noticed that clothes are just a bit loser lately.
