Weight has been all over the place between time of the month and weekend commitments. Got there though!

Bad weekend. Well, great weekend, bad food. Trying to get back on track again.

Down 3.4 in the first week. Probably mostly water weight. A lot of up and down. 10 km run yesterday really seemed to help. To stay "on track", next week you should weight less than. 188.8. And that's the overall goal! Keep doing this, it's working. Be a bit proud of yourself!
