Though not as heavy as I would like, I've been able to stay in a calorie deficit for another week. Of course, I want that to continue and at a greater level.

I was able to stay in a Calorie Deficit for the entire first week. The Calorie Deficit amounts varied which I must work on to attain the ideal 1,000 per day (7,000 kcal/week = 2 lbs/fat).

Day 6 - Mum sent over chocolates for Easter which of course will destroy my diet & targets. Strategically devoured all of them within 24 hours so can continue daily deficit.
