A bit iffy, I had a sprite on Friday after giving blood, and banana bread this morning. But I've avoided all starbucks and croads deserts, and all but meager samplings of candy I've bought. |

Not tracking closely, having peanut butter pretty regularly. A bit of my low sugar snacks, so not entirely healthy but at least controlling the sugar. Energy has been really good actually! Also avoiding much pizza although I had some with friends on Saturday (+Sunday lunch) which definitely affected me! Maybe I'll do a low gluten thing later. |

I've stopped tracking the exact sugar amounts, but sticking to healthy meals at croads, mainly meat and veggies, some pizza here and there. No burgers. Had pasta salad one day, which was low on sugar but didn't make me feel great later. |

Less than 10g turns out to be unrealistic given the sugar content of even healthy meals at dining hall. Though I can't change the details now, I'm amending the commitment to under 20g, as this is achievable if I don't eat dessert or pizza. |
