I will journal when anxious and feeling uptight or too perfect, instead of eating a sugary food. I will use Smart tools and community as well. I will find substitute foods that I enjoy.

Doing good. A few hiccups w over eating...but mostly good. No more giant smoothies. Pmo slip sends u over too. Life disorganized no sleep no energy

Last week was good. Great discipline at home and on set. Caffeine bad a few days but doing much better
