Sleep early and consistently everyday so that I can wake up at 5.30am everyday to use the early morning time to commit to my personal development
Exceptions: 5 times/ month but will need to inform Đan at least 24 hours before the night that I go to sleep late

Stayed up late one night due to being full. I ate too light before hand and then started being hungry and ate again. Will need to push meals in the day earlier to keep the timing right

This week I was in bed on time but due to eating quite late so needed to stay awake a bit for the stomach to settle before coming to real sleep. Should eat earlier next week so that can go to sleep at the set time

Did not go to sleep early on Tuesday as needed to mark exams. Need to have proper plan and manage time better latter on to avoid this.
