I don’t think the food journal is really working or telling me things I don’t already know, but I am back to using LoseIt! & FitBit, which are helping considerably.

Had company over the weekend and a Stanley Cup Hockey party at Dad's Monday, the change in routine messed with the habit forming again. I'll work harder this week coming up.

Been doing well. Using the apps on my phone and my food journal has become more routine, though I do not do it before meals as often as I should.
