This week was great like others. It was a busy week. I found time to meditate just after I took bath in the morning. This makes me never miss and feel wonderful all day.

This week has been a lot of travelling and exams. I think this came as a test if I could stick to the commitment regardless of the situation I am in.

Well done for keeping at it another week. All the best benefits of what we're working on come from our consistency over time rather than any one session. Keep up the effort, and it will keep paying off more and more

I felt a little distraction while I sat for meditation for the last couple of days. I think this is due to a short trip which kept me awake for full night. Today, I could focus easily as I am well slept now.
