| Well, here we go again. I'm trying to lose weight for the millionth time. As a teenager I never thought losing weight would be a challenge I would face as an adult. Turns out it's something that has haunted me now for the past 20 years and I'm getting sick of it. The anxiety/depression is through the roof again, and I don't want to go back down that dark tunnel again. I don't think I'd be able to pull myself out the next time. | |
