I'm really struggling with this and I wish I could edit it, I AM doing it, but I am beginning to find the daily grind of trying to obtain meals with enough vegetables tough. Having said that, I have managed to do it somehow. I just keep having to eat so many veggies at night and I'd be much better off if I spread them throughout the day better. A bit part of this is planing and preparation - I need a variety of veggies easily available to me each day. As long as I have canned soup, fresh lettuce and carrot chips around, I can meet my goal. I just want to allow myself variety and enjoyment. |

I wonder how my calorie intake would change over the course of a year if I keep this up. I still eat plenty, but this -- 100% -- is the solution to NES. I have no night cravings when I am stuffed with vegetable soups, chicken and vegetables, or zucchini carrot muffins. |
