Reducing and eliminating certain foods as I increase fresh food intake. Sugary treats limited to June 14, once during the June vacay, July 4, and two other flexible dates. Eliminate cold cereal, junk chips (replace with popcorn/pretzels when necessary), and reduce white pasta to once per month or less.

This has been suprisingly easy. Sometimes I am drawn to the ice cream sitting in the fridge, but because I have sweets so rarely, it is no longer in the realm of habit - so it is not QUITE as hard.

This remains much easier than the veggie one. I struggled a bit with wanting some ice cream at a special place called Oh Wow Cow. I was able to resist and get a drink instead and found myself much happier at the end of it. Only having a few dates to eat sweets makes me VERY SELECTIVE! I think that's wonderful.
