this week i have done nothing towards any of the goals. I did manage to have a successful project handover for the key projects i have been working on which is a win.
The wedding this week has meant i have been tied up and overall the last few weeks weren't as successful as i wanted.
What i need is a STAMINA meeting soon after the honeymoon to kick my arse into gear and work out next steps.
I want to keep the STAMINA accountability moving forward and look at developing some further goal setting activities we can do. |

So the HMRC have said I didn’t pay enough tax so that backfired, although best to know sooner than later.
I have had some progress with job opportunities in bigger companies recently which is good. A few offers form scaffolding companies but I turned those down straight away.
I haven’t managed to get the review done with the engineer however the one I have had the discussion with is working well on the 3D designs.
However wedding is taking priority this week so worked on that.
Plymouth uni stuff has moved forward with a new onboarding starting for the next year |

Bit of a difficult chat with the other engineer. He says he wants to work on technical stuff but unsure how to learn it. He liked the look of the Goal Template however after picking a topic the other week he isn't sure exactly how to improve on it. Think i will need to sit down next week for a bit long and develop a more stage approach for me.
Regarding additional ways to earn money, i have submitted a claim through HMRC for a tax rebate for company car mileage and spent time writing what i enjoy. I.E, gym, cycling, surfing etc, however don't feel i have enough knowledge to start into this. Although there is a wave pool in bristol, looking at jobs there doesn't seem to help.
I am thinking of acting as a consultant for architectural firms and offer basic survey drawings as this should allow for more useful costs of my time. What i need to do is email a couple of small firms as see what they may have to offer |

Just fired the under performing employee. Was tough but i believe things will work out for the best in the future. I have sat down with one engineer to review his tasks and goal commitment, therefore i feel this is achieved. Next week will be to sit down with the other engineer. |
