- Learn several types of meditations, so I can calm my mind and sleep well at night
- Find the right types of food that helps promoting sleep, and when to eat it
- Exercise every day, so I can sleep well.
- Lose 1 LB a week from sleeping 8-9 hours a night

2 days of the week I was out of balance, but the rest I got 6-8 hours of sleep
