Meditate 20 minutes each day.
Save up money and be a voluntary teacher. Prepare for being a teacher in ZhenHai, like attending the training, read books, ask Mr.Shi how to perform better and open to challenges. 3. Run, at least 4 times a week. 4. Prepare for work in Zhenhai earlier. 5. Reflect each day, each week and each month. 6. Read books on time-management and implement the theories. 7. Learn from others who are good at dealing with people.
