Sometimes people, say I wonder why I thought about that. Or X just popped into my brain. It was almost as if I could see the origin of that process and the nature of that randomness.. I was watching like millisecond fragments of images/impressions/silhouettes pop into conciousness. Like someone flicking through television channels so fast you barely had a chance to register the pocture. It's also a weird concept that I am both the thinker and the observer of those thoughts. I had no control over them. And I could stop their flow like I could stop the rotation of the earth. |

Boom First week complete. Resource: On having no head. Will try and do some non guided meditation. Massive difference between my mental state from when I don't meditate |

Second day complete! I never thought about my eyes closed as a visual field for consciousness - but there's stuff there. Weird insights into sensation too. Is that jittery sensation relation to over caffination or emotion? |
