No non-work related video (Netflix, Youtube, HBO, etc.) or Facebook (messenger ok, can check bike ride page on Thursday and Friday) for one week. No computer or smartphone (can still call and text) usage at all after 10:30. Exceptions if I am with friends.
Wondering what this will be like. Sounds kinda interesting!
