Renew of last week's Stickk. No HBO, Netflix, Facebook (except once a day to check events, no wall scrolling), etc. No more smartphone usage or computer after 10:30.
Exceptions for above if with friends or social event. I really enjoyed outright banning T.V. and stuff so I am going to do this another week.
