Yesterday my stomach was slightly upset so I didn’t go to gym as planned. I tried to contain it and it worked. Today went much better. I did a quick run at the gym for about 30min and it went very well

It’s been a fairly good week food wise. I only ordered food once and that was on Wednesday. I’m glad I decided to opt for healthier options throughout the week and also to cook from home.

I ate okay today. Cheated and had Chicken Licken because we were not offered lunch at work. So tomorrow I’ll have a healthier option from Food Lovers Market. Drinking more water as well which has decreased my dehydration and dry throat and lips. Winter is essentially only 8 weeks and I cannot wait until it’s over

I’m becoming more aware of the food intake. I’m aware of my water intake. I’m aware of my spending habits revolving food. And I want to take it further by researching what goes into the food we eat so that I can better understand general food composu
