| Even though I couldn't exercise officially yesterday as I'd planned out to taking medication on the plane, I swam with the kids earlier in the day for over 30 minutes and on Wednesday (my day off) I also swam for over 30 minutes with the kids. Every day from wed to Sunday (yesterday) I was swimming and walking on the beach and going up and down the stairs from the beach to the pool every day | |
