This week only a Friday night shower.
New practice: Intermittent Fasting
16 hour fast + Eat once within 8 hour time.
Friday night before: stopped eating at 7pm-2pm = 7hours
8 hour sleep (2am-8:30am wake =6.5 hours)
Current time at time of writing this is 9:30am Sat = 8:30am-9:30am= 1hour = 13.5 total = another 3 hours from now = 12:31 pm Eat.

So on a typical day it might go like this:

Stop eating 4 hours before midnight = 8pm (ideally 7pm) =4hours (Body Cleaning period)
8am wake (Midnight to 8am) = 8hours
Noon: (8am-12noon) = 4 hours
From Noon-7pm = Okay to eat. No bread. No Carbs.
