Subject 258 was left for 3 weeks to perform his own activities. During this time it appears interactions with S36 have affected his drive and work. No admission of missing workouts was given, but responses to messages became sparse. S258 was ordered to perform a fitness test asap. Expectations submitted to the Council. Final report due next week. |

Subject 258 has a program selected. "Strength first, physique second" (REDACTED) has suggested we use (REDACTED) on S258. As we have all experienced Subjects are normally resistant to this, and I suggest we stick with the current timing. Strength first programming has failed to yield real change in S258 in the past, pressure subject frequently with agreed upon tactics. Phys: Timeline is fine. Measurements next week should show some small changes, if any. The last week will be the final measure. Equipment could be delaying factor, before you ask NO we will not move S258 to (DATA EXPUNGED). Recommend S258 record values for lifts used in the first week for ALL exercises. Ment: S258 shows no staggering right now. (REDACTED) reports (DATA EXPUNGED). A general reaction time test will be performed if required. Suggest using replay data from (REDACTED). No signs of fog or carb dependence. Emot: S258 is showing more growth. The next setback will be a testing point, but overall surveys prove positive. Suggest questioning under (DATA EXPUNGED). S36 interaction? Unlikely. Sum: S258 isn't impeded. Possible growth slowed in the future due to workout supplies, overall no issues. Note: This shift to "power focus" is in direct competition with previously stated goal. Continue with phased testing. No doubt (DATA EXPUNGED) will be on display. |
