| sez2244, thank you for your support! Your accomplishment of not drinking for 12 years is awesome. I applaud you. I've set three goals and this one is the hardest of the three, but my body just can not take alcohol and I feel so much better without it. | |

| There have been difficult times to keep to this commitment, like on days with barbecue and celebration, times spent outside relaxing with the family, but I stuck to my goal and I am healthier for it. | |

| Me again just to say once you have started to give alcohol up you will feel so much better and your taste buds come alive lol but best of all you may lose weight I'm not saying you need to but some alcohol is full of calories lol x | |
