- Up 6am daily.
- Run x 3 minimum 20 minutes before lake district. - No sugar and omad meat/stew and salad/veg (no chips) only before return to UK (exception of porridge on run days) - Green smoothies + lean meat only(1 Chick breast/equivalent only) Friday and Saturday before lake district challenge.
