| I actually stuck to this , my ability to make music has increased exponentially , neuroplasticity has definitely occured , there's so many new neural path ways that my brain takes when making music , I came accidently came across the process abstraction and also read an article confirming my apporach as an adaquate one .7 day Challeneges are effective because it links back to the Challenege I made in my contract. | |
