Taper before race = 15 xtra pts daily 3 days prior. 7/13 starts fresh and extra 10 for remainder of week. Free cheesecake if Factory; after reach 220 lbs extra 25 monthly and meatball sub at will. Vacation is daily points as allowed by app plus 2 free snacks and 2 free meals. | |
