25-Nov 2019 Mon i said once that to reach my goal i just need to do it and its easy to do and i will do it but i didnt , now i say its not easy but i will do it for my health for my body , i want to see my self making progress everyday , i want to inspire every girl and boy to do what its good i know that its not easy , but im trapped in this body and i will make it work under my control because im the en-charge , i know that i can do it and i will i promiss my self that i will do it this time my wight 139.5 kg my tall 158 shoes size 40 - 10 and this all , i mean the talk , its for me later , yes for you , so you remember always that you can do the good thing if you want , so you can remember that when you want to do thing you will do it , you know you can , and all of us know that , me then , and you now. |
