I did a good job of giving up weed and on the eve of my 90 days I felt a strong pull to destroy everything. This is exactly what resistance does. It doesn’t want to die so it grows stronger at this time. Doing a simple reframe of how would a healthy non-addicted male threat this night helped a lot. Since I was able to give up my sabotaging agents and I have made progress I will not penalize you for the slip ups you made as you’re already paying for Grindr slip ups.
