Last time I smoked was on the afternoon of July 12. I have not smoked since. I have completed my first week without smoking, but I am finding it hard today. My mouth is dry and I am craving a cigarette. I will resist though. My mind is telling me if I even want to quit. I am trying to tell myself that let's not waste this effort of one week. It will be hard again to start from scratch. I need to make it count, I will make it count. I will not smoke. |
