Identify to my leadership cohort my inner passive nature that causes me to introvert and "not get involved" and justifying it with flawed thinking that I would rather have people not tell me they are upset with my decision-making by doing nothing to invoke it, than taking action and making people upset as a result of that decisiveness.

| We have a neighbor Pharmacy that has questinable ethics and he has been taking some liberties that are clearly designed by him to help line his own pockets and this week myself and one of our choleric part-timers confronted him about it. It required involvement from the College but we were correct in our actions and hopefully pulled this guy back into line. The thing about it is that it is fundamentally wrong and any first year Pharmacy student would know this but he has done this in the past for what I personally know are self-serving in nature. It felt good to address it and move on. Personally it felt good to just do it and move on tithe next challenge. | |
