Swsd commits to:
learning maths 30 minutes a day; speed reading 30 minutes a day (without any vocalisation!), reading at least 30 minutes of communication books, keeping a dream journal, doing every 4 hours a reality check with my passing finger through the other palm and looking at my feet and hands whether they are distorted; also before going to sleep i will say and repeat a few times "I will know im dreaming"
