Went to a festival. My body rhythm changed due to the new environment, and camping outside. Skipped my practice whilst there. Would have been very beneficial to keep it up though |

Completed the routine every day so far. Noticed some resistance do doing it, but knowing that I have made a commitment and that I will donate to an anti-charity helped me with taking the right action |

Done daily practice every day. On 2 occasions I did it in the evening, instead of the morning. Noticed how doing Qigong helped me clear the energy of sadness a few days ago. Onwards and upwards! |

So far so good. Done my practice every day. Finding myself complete 37 minutes out of a 60 minutes meditation. That's ok for me to start with. I don't want for it to feel like I am tormenting myself |
