Less than 20 G Net Carbs per day - eating meat, fish, chicken, eggs, greens, above ground veggies, nuts, cheese, full fat dairy,
Not eating: sugar, simple carbs, starchy foods, artificial sweeteners, fruit, natural sweeteners (honey) https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto/foods I will give myself one 8 hour cheat window on Saturday afternoons to eat anything I want.
