I fell off the wagon for a few days this week, it didn't even feel good to do like a cheat day. Ugh. Anyway, I'm back on track now, moving forward. |

| Weird week, it was hard getting back to it after my longer fast followed by a day off, threw me all out of whack. Then I tried to switch to morning fasts for this week which doesn't suit me at all and is much harder. I cut my fast short today because I'm going to transition back to evening fasts. | |

| Welp, I made it 28hrs but I did break fast early. Trying not to feel discouraged, I've been doing so well with gym and my every day fasts, and still getting the results I want. Next time I'll pick a better time for my long fast 🙂 | |
