I have two cheat days. Which isn't great. I know it is because of me going back to work, and I stress eat throughout the day. But I am telling myself that it is only the first week back at work, and once I get used to my schedule again I will better control my urge to snack. The plus side is I have started biking to work and I hope to keep that consistent. |

Also, I have officially added dancing to my morning routine. Lizzo and Beyonce for twenty minutes. Dancing like a maniac in my room burns calories plus it makes me feel good so boom. |

Yay! Progress check-in today. I feel pretty good about the new changes to my diet. Oatmeal and fruits for breakfast, salad for lunch, but unfortunately had some greasy pizza for dinner. However, instead of having the whopping four slices like I usually do, I cut myself off at two slices and didn't have one sip of soda all day. Just water for me. Hydrating like a MF. I didn't cycle too long today, but I did go hiking today so I think that works just fine! |
