| This is sooooo good. Learned this week that mj fogs me for two days, not a few hours...hmmm...less of that = save $. Not looking great yes, but working on it AND I bought a new shirt and fitness pants for the club. HAPPY! | |

| This was harder than last week, even with the polyps scare delivered last week. This week I started using wts for strength but ended up almost sick from weakness. Hoping to see changes this coming week. | |

| The first five of seven were easy, but Vo's report frightened me, causing me to lose focus. MUST get back on focus on Sat. to make it next week. Also need to swear off pot during the week. Need a new stickK. | |
