| I'm going to make a schedule in my bullet journal to mark off each Monday. A failure to mark will be considered a failure for that week. I hope 12 weeks will be enough to instill the habit. My hair is all full of dandruff and I have to do something about it. If once a week is not sufficient to see significant change, then I will add a second challenge staggered with this on to wash my hair on another day of the week. | |
