Did my flow yesterday (1 hour) as well as helped Annette with her flow (1 hour). Did 2 hours of Yoga on Wednesday night (YTT), taught Steve my Sun C on Wednesday morning, took Andrea B’s class on Sunday (heated flow) and did 2 hours of Yoga on Friday. Walked the dog every day. So yeah, 7 hours of yoga this week. |

I went to Yoga class on Wednesday night, Friday night, Sunday morning and Tuesday morning = 4 days this week and walked the dog every day, so Yeah! I did it! |

I exercised 4 days this week: Yoga class on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (all day) and Tuesday. I started a 21-day cleanse last Wednesday and it is taking a lot out of me. I do walk my dog 20 minutes every day. Does that count? I’ll say yes! I’m at 153 lbs today. Lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks. Is it the fact that I stopped overexercising? Is it the cleanse (no sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine, no animal protein or products, no gluten)? Is it the Yoga? Is it that I stopped drinking Shakeology? Who knows?🤷♀️ |

I did at-home workouts on Wednesday and Tuesday, did Yoga classes on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and did a Yoga session with a DVD at home on Tuesday. That’s 6 workouts in 4 days. I worked out less intensely (MM100 just twice), watched more what I eat and I lost 6 pounds!!! (155 lbs) |
