It has been discovered that meditating before bed significantly improve sleep. Also, starting with insight timer can be helpful for getting started, since it's a lower commitment. Currently working through 21 days of Calm after having finished 7 days of Calm and 7 Days of Calming Anxiety.

Using Insight Timer for 1min (Preset) makes it easier to start, and easier to segway into Calm 10minute sessions, which are best before bed at the moment.
