1) Doing a park run every Saturday before end of month.
2) Consume only keto diet, exception of 1 small bowl of porridge Saturday mornings before park runs. 3) No sugar 4) No more than 1 advocado, 10 nuts and 1tsp nut butter or coconut oil per day.
