| getting my butt in gear to write review paper. Big push at the end of semester to get my working stats to a reasonable place. Am trying to be motivated by doing work I am proud of. Review paper is still a possibility this semester, oral exams are obviously out, but will work to get them done early next semester. | |

| publishable paper official as of last week. Am attacking the review paper, met with jason, reoutlined based on my reading, and did a writing retreat day on Saturday. | |

| Excellent week of work, was focused and improved the paper alot. Met with Jason who was generally positive, although somewhat dismissive. Said a few drafts away from submission. Will continue to fine tune draft. | |
