| Didn’t reported my journey over the past weeks.. back to it now. Will track my body weight over the next weeks every Wednesday at the plasma center from now on.. lost almost 1 kg which isnt enough.. Want to stick to my plan more cosequent from now on | |

| Went to the gym yesterday and today. Monday I did a workout at home. Have to track my meals more detailled but I keep going. This week I will donate plasma so I can report my current weight. | |

Been tracking everything i ate the past days after Barcelona. I have to be more precise about the single Positions but its working. I was in the Gym on monday evening and today in the morning. |
