| Do what you can do and try when you can. You've gotten 3 in during some seriously crazy weeks, so if you can't this week, don't beat yourself up. You've established such a good habit. Seizures and appointments make life a lot more complicated. | |

| On the gazelle now. It might be a struggle to get to 3 this week, because life got in the fucking way. My plan was Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Then Daniel had a seizure Friday morning and that threw a wrench into the gears of the day. Yesterday we had to leave for the non-appointment at CHOP at 7:45 am, and Thursday I’ve got to be out of the house by 8:30, so I don’t see anything happening that morning. We’ll see. I’m going to try to get 2 and call it a “life got complicated” success. | |
