1. Not going on to the internet in the evenings
2. To not go on the internet during the weekends for 7 weeks 3. To use that time to do things that will be better for me like exercise, studying, leisure

Weekend I used the internet. I need to find myself doing it and to stop myself from doing it hopefully with better sleep, I will be able to focus more on this |

This week was very bad I went on the internet a lot during the weekend when I was going through a bad time I wasted a lot of time and did not do any exercise This week my self control was really poor, I have been reading a book which I think will hopefully help me |
