| I failed. I sabotaged my own outcome. I finished at 1:30 p.m. against a noon deadline. Why? I undertook at about 10:00 to eat breakfast, clean up, shave, dress, etc. and found that when I next looked at the clock it was 12:06 p.m. I could have finished in 1.5 hours on time by working through with only a snack. Why did I do this MCP asked? My subconscious lies to me. My own brain lies to me. My own heart is devious with deception. This sabotage has happened before, and I need to get to the heart of it, and root it out. Somehow, I distort and neglect time. | |
