I will accomplish the following weekly workout routine each week from Monday through Sunday:
Swim 3,000 Yards Bike 50 Miles Run 15 Miles The only exception is due to sickness, injury, or travel to a place that makes it difficult to complete these goals. Weekly exceptions include week of Oct 21 - Swim 1,000 Yards, Run 8 Miles, Bike 25 Miles; week of Nov 25 Swim 1,000 Yards, Run 10 Miles, Bike 15 Miles
