★I commit to listen to Buteyko audio at least once a day and send screenshot daily. From 2019-10-25 The following are lower-focus goal B. Listen to AMTB at least once a day (and send one screenshot each day) C. Get up daily by 11am and measure number of coughs for the first 60 minutes. (and send cough count by noon each day) D. Send voice note affirmation of "I breathe mindfully and nasally" daily. |
